DANGO FISHING
BAIT
HOW TO MAKE ATTRACTANT BAIT

1. Baits into a container such as a Bucket.

2. Add seawater.

3. It is ready once the water is spread and mixed evenly throughout the bait.

How to mould a DANGO

1. Mould the bait an appropriate amount in one hand.

2. Place the hook bait which is already on the hook in the DANGO while holding down the leader line with your thumb.

3. Cover it with an equal amount of bait on top.

4. Mould the DANGO tightly while being careful not to crush the hook bait.

HOOK BAIT

It is important to use a rotation of hook baits when DANGO fishing. Krill is usually used as a hook bait, however in areas with a lot of smaller fish they can eat it before it reaches the target fish. In this case you will need a stronger hook bait to deal with these smaller fish. The size of fish you catch can depend on the type of hook bait you use, so we recommend preparing a variety of hook baits when you go fishing.

Silkworm chrysalis and corn baits are more useful in avoiding smaller fish near the water surface. You can ensure the bait stays on the hook longer by putting more than one on the hook. It can also be more effective to add both silkworm chrysalis and corn on the same hook.
